Refund policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — no hassle. Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Because skin.food products are used on your body, we can't accept returns of opened or used items for resale. Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

To start a return or report an issue, email us at info@skin.food with your order number and a photo if relevant. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return or approving your claim.

We don't offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after 14 days
  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

International orders: Customers outside the US are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We're not responsible for lost packages once outside of the US.
