Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every product we ship. If you're not satisfied with your order, we'll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping) within 30 days of delivery for any reason, including if you've opened and tried the product. This guarantee applies to your first order of each SKU. Subsequent orders of the same SKU are eligible for return only if unopened and in original condition.

Subscription Orders

Refund eligibility for subscription orders follows the same rules as one-time orders. To stop future shipments, cancel or pause your subscription at skin.food/account before the next billing date. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled — but you may still request a refund within 30 days of delivery under the rules above.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@skin.food within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping) at our discretion, with no return required.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Email info@skin.food with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions or refund confirmation.

Return Shipping

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked method; we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt of the returned item (or our refund approval, if no return is required). Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.

Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to most international destinations. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are supported. Some countries may be excluded due to import restrictions on dietary supplements; if your address is unsupported, you will be notified before checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. CT, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

United States: 3–5 business days from ship date, via USPS, UPS, or comparable carrier. International: 1–4 weeks from ship date, depending on destination and customs clearance. Estimates exclude processing time and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Domestic and international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method. Subscription orders use the same rate structure as one-time orders.

Free Shipping Promotion

Orders with a subtotal of $60 or more qualify for our free-shipping promotion, which covers up to $12.50 of shipping cost. If the calculated shipping rate for your address and selected method exceeds $12.50, the difference is charged at standard rates and shown at checkout before payment. The promotion applies automatically; no code is required.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update with the carrier.

International Orders, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, VAT, or import taxes assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost and are collected by the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If a tracked package is marked delivered but not received, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package cannot be located, contact us at info@skin.food within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate. For damaged packages, see the Return & Refund Policy above.

Address Errors

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

Subscription Terms & Cancellation

This policy describes the terms of any subscription ("Auto-Renewal Plan") you purchase from skin.food. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to the terms below.

How Subscriptions Work

When you choose a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on file for each recurring shipment until you cancel. The subscription cadence (e.g., monthly), unit count, and price-per-shipment are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Subscription pricing reflects a discount off the one-time purchase price.

Billing

Your first charge is processed when you place the initial order. Each subsequent charge is processed on the renewal date — the same calendar day each cycle, based on the cadence selected. If a charge fails, we will retry over the following 7 days; if all retries fail, the subscription will be paused.

Renewal Notification

You will receive an email reminder before each renewal at the address associated with your account, at minimum the day before your card is charged. You may opt out of these reminders only by canceling the subscription.

Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing for future renewals. If we do, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The change will not apply to any renewal already scheduled within that 30-day window. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

How to Skip, Pause, or Cancel

You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal date — there is no minimum commitment. You can do this in three ways:

  1. Online: log in at skin.food/account and manage the subscription directly. Skip a shipment, pause indefinitely, or cancel with one click. Cancellation is effective immediately and no further charges will be made.
  2. Email: send a cancellation request to info@skin.food from the email address associated with your account. We will process cancellation within 1 business day.
  3. Mail: contact us using the details at the bottom of this page. We will process cancellation within 3 business days of receipt.

Cancellation cuts off future renewals only. Any order that has already been processed and shipped before your cancellation request is received cannot be canceled, but remains eligible for a refund under the Return & Refund Policy above.

Refunds

If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us at info@skin.food within 7 days of the charge and, provided the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund it in full. After the order has shipped, refund eligibility is governed by the Return & Refund Policy above.

No Penalty for Cancellation

We do not charge cancellation fees, penalties, or "final shipment" charges. The only obligation associated with a subscription is the cost of shipments already in process.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these subscription terms from time to time. Material changes (such as new fees) will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and you may cancel before the change applies.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website skin.food and the purchase of products sold by International Flesh, LLC ("Skin.food," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order or create an account. By using the site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@skin.food of any unauthorized use.

3. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. We reserve the right to correct errors, change pricing, and limit or refuse orders at our discretion. Colors and product appearance may vary slightly from images on the site.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Charges are processed in U.S. dollars. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.

5. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders renew automatically on the cadence selected at checkout until canceled. Full subscription terms — including renewal frequency, billing, cancellation, and refund eligibility — are set out in the Subscription Terms & Cancellation Policy above, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimers

Our products are intended to be used as directed on the product label. They are not drugs, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are giving the product to a minor. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience any adverse reaction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site — including text, images, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to International Flesh, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the site without our prior written permission, except that you may view, print, and download content for personal, non-commercial use.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to (a) use the site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the site's operation or security; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect information from the site by automated means; or (e) upload or transmit any content that is harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

9. Third-Party Links

The site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall International Flesh, LLC, its members, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the products will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless International Flesh, LLC from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Privacy Policy describes how International Flesh, LLC ("Skin.food," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit skin.food, place an order, or otherwise interact with us.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. Name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (optional), and any messages you send us.

Order & payment information. Items purchased, order history, and the last four digits of the payment card. Full payment card numbers are processed by our payment processor and are not stored by us.

Account information. If you create an account, your login credentials and saved preferences.

Information collected automatically. IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar information collected via cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Information

  • To process orders, manage subscriptions, and provide customer support.
  • To send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping notifications, renewal reminders, account messages).
  • To send marketing communications, where you have opted in. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To analyze site usage and improve our products and the site.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the business:

  • Service providers — Shopify (e-commerce platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, email service providers, customer-support tools, and analytics providers, each acting under contract on our behalf.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (such as cart and checkout), analytics, and marketing measurement. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may prevent the site from functioning correctly.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (note that we do not sell personal information). To exercise any of these rights, email info@skin.food from the address associated with your account, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Marketing Email Opt-Out

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of any such email, or by emailing info@skin.food. Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping notices, renewal reminders) cannot be opted out of as long as you maintain an active order or subscription.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Children

The site and our products are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Users

The site is operated from the United States. By using the site or providing information, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your country.
