I literally have zero pimples now. The vitamin E is putting in some crazy work. My face craves it.

Ultra-pure Vitamin E, olive squalane, and DHEA. Food for your skin.
SF Topical + E Complete, shipped together.
Ultra-pure full-spectrum Vitamin E. Feeds your cells from the inside.
Most Vitamin E supplements are synthetic dl-alpha tocopherol. They're thin and yellow because it's cut with seed oils. Real, full-spectrum E has four tocopherol fractions, and the gamma fraction is where most of the benefits live.
That's why our E Complete is thick and amber — the source both products start from. SF Topical takes that same ultra-pure E and thins it with olive squalane, which mimics your skin's natural sebum, so the serum spreads light and absorbs cleanly.
Mixed Tocopherols (high-gamma Vitamin E)

Most Vitamin E sold today is either synthetic dl-alpha tocopherol — one fraction, made in a lab — or 'natural' E that's at least half seed oil because the source was never properly purified. Ours is neither. Full-spectrum, all four tocopherol fractions, purified to the point of essentially zero seed oils. Specifically high in gamma tocopherol, the fraction where the real benefits live — barrier repair, fine line softening, antioxidant defense — and the one synthetic E lacks entirely. The four fractions are also balanced, so excess alpha doesn't crowd out gamma and leave you deficient in the form actually doing the work.
Olive Squalane

Pure Vitamin E is too thick to spread on skin. Olive-derived squalane is the carrier that thins it down — it mimics your skin's own sebum, so the serum absorbs in seconds without feeling heavy. That's its entire job. Not a filler, not an extra active. Just the most skin-compatible carrier we could find for the Vitamin E.
DHEA (from wild yam)

DHEA is the natural precursor your body uses to make every other steroid hormone — meaning it supports the hormonal system without disrupting it. In skin, DHEA levels drop with age, and that drop shows up as thinner, less resilient skin. We include it at a low optimal dose to gently restore the skin's hormonal profile toward a more youthful state. Naturally derived from wild yam.
Mixed Tocopherols (full-spectrum Vitamin E)

The same ultra-pure, full-spectrum Vitamin E as the SF Topical — without the squalane carrier. Most E supplements are synthetic (one form, made in a lab) or 'natural' but heavily cut with the seed oils they were extracted from. Ours has essentially zero seed oils and contains all four tocopherol fractions in their natural ratios — with gamma, the fraction doing most of the antioxidant work, at concentrations that make the supplement actually do something. One ingredient, taken straight.

"Been meaning to say but skin.food is legit the first product that my skin hasn't hated so you've done the impossible and I'm a huge fan"
"The Anabology vitamin E + DHEA is too good. I don't understand how. I am so surprised how much my body likes it. I bought 4 more bottles."
If you care most about skin (fine lines, texture, redness, barrier), start with the SF Topical. If you care most about systemic antioxidant protection and metabolic health, start with E Complete. If you're serious about both, get the Bundle, which saves $11/month versus buying separately. Most of our repeat customers are on the Bundle.
The pure Vitamin E inside both products is identical: ultra-pure, amber, thick. The SF Topical is that same E blended with olive-derived squalane, because pure E on its own is too viscous to spread across skin evenly. The squalane is a carrier, not a dilutant. The E content in the serum is still among the highest on the market for a topical.
Most Vitamin E supplements are synthetic dl-alpha tocopherol: one fraction, made in a lab, wrong stereochemistry. Real, unrefined E has four tocopherol fractions (alpha, beta, gamma, delta). Gamma is where most of the unique benefits live. Ours is full-spectrum, natural, and concentrated, which is why the E Complete is thick and amber instead of thin and yellow.
Yes. E Complete is food-grade and a lot of customers use it as both a daily oral drop and a spot treatment on scars or fine lines. The SF Topical is formulated to feel lighter on the skin with the squalane base, so it's the more elegant option for face application.
Skin turnover is about 28 days, so most people report visible texture changes in 3 to 6 weeks of consistent nightly use. The Vitamin E antioxidant protection kicks in immediately. Structural changes take longer.
